Hello Fatherme, and welcome to the forum. :)
One thing you can do is to record new vocabulary in a notebook. You can write down the meaning(s), example sentences and notes about pronunciation. Computer spreadsheets are great for that because you can easily organize (and search for) your vocab in them.
