The answer is unnecessarily wordy and confusing, and lacking some articles. Just say that you can get an auto-rickshaw when the metro is running or simply give the times, which would make sense and be far easier on the poor listener- from 5 am to 11 pm or something similar would be a far better answer. Your question is OK, but it only requires the closing time- so 11 pm, or whatever the actual time is, would answer the question.

Q: Until when can you get an auto rickshaw home at night?

A: Auto rickshaws run when the metro runs.

Other possibilities:

They stop the same time as the metro.
They stop when the metro does.
They run on the same schedule as the metro.

Until the same time as the metro.
They run on the metro's schedule.
Midnight.

Keep it simple and natural!

It would be more natural to ask How late/What's the latest I can get an auto-rickshaw? It wouldn't be necessary to mention where you want to take it unless your destination is in an area the drivers don't like to go to.

I'm sure we've told you many times that "What time ..." is a far better start than anything else when asking about times!

What time does the first Metro go?
What time does the last rickshaw leave?
What time do the trains stop running?

1) What time is the last/first auto-rickshaw?

2) How late/early can I get an auto-rickshaw home?

Vide Tdol's post #2, where he gives precise times of rickshaw operation.

It's not necessarily helpful to answer the question with '...the same time as the metro', as this could force the questioner to ask 'Well what time does the metro start and stop?'
