What are the differences between the following sentences?

1) I am sitting up in my room.
2) I am sitting right in my room.
3) I am sitting in my room.

I'd especially like to understand meaning of the the sentence #1.

The first one could be: I am sitting - up in my room. The speaker's room is upstairs.
It could also be: I am sitting up (rather than lying down) in my bed in my room,
or: I am sitting up (rather than going to bed) in my room.

Thank you. I don't even know why but I always thought the sentence #1 had the same meaning as the sentence #2. Now I can see I was wrong.

I can't think of many natural situations where I would say "I am sitting right in my room".
