Which of the following sentences is acceptable?

1. Nowdays technology is very rapid.
2. Nowdays technology updates rapidly.
3. Nowdays technology changes with each passing day.

1 sounds unnatural. Did you mean technological change is very rapid?

2 also sounds unnatural. Nowadays technology changes rapidly.

3 is grammatically correct, but "with each passing day" seems a little too florid or poetic for a statement about technology. How about: Nowadays technology changes almost daily.
