Is any really needed in the following sentences?

1- If you have any questions, please ask me.

2- I don't know if there are any doctors in the Hospital.

3- These cases remain open and are reviewed regularly to establish if there are any fresh opportunities for us to investigate.

There's no reason to capitalise "hospital" in your sentence. It would be capitalised if you were giving the full official name of the hospital, making it a proper noun.

I don't know if there any doctors at Cambridge Hospital.
