It would be better if you asked about specific irregular verbs because there are so many of the it's hard to answer.

Here's an example:

The verb To See: see, saw, seen
Present: I see, you see, she sees, he sees, it sees, they see, we see
Past: I saw, you saw, he saw, she saw, it saw, they saw, we saw
Present Participle: I have seen, you have seen, she has seen, he has seen, it has seen, they have seen, we have seen
Past Participle: I had seen, you had seen, he had seen, she had seen, it has seen, they had seen, we had seen.
Adjectivial Participle: He's a seen man, It's a seen newspaper.
Passive: I was seen, you were seen, she was seen, he was seen, it was seen, they were seen, we were seen.
Progressive: I am seeing, I was seeing, I have been seeing, I had been seeing
