Usage of on, in and at

'On' 'in' or 'at': Which ones should I use in the following sentences?

1- The meeting will be held in/at the club on 1-1-18.

2- The students were raising slogans on/at/in the campus.

Hi everyone, please explain what is the difference between these prepositions.
