can we use 'will' and 'would' or vice versa in a same sentence? Tomorrow I would propose her if I get a chance, but I know she will definitely reject.

Hello vamc, and welcome to the forum. :)
Can we use 'will' [STRIKE]and[/STRIKE] after 'would' or vice versa in the same sentence? Tomorrow I would propose her if I [STRIKE]get a[/STRIKE] got the chance, but I know she will definitely reject me/my proposal.
For the sake of consistency, it would be better to use "would" instead of "will" in that sentence.

Can it be, "I know she would definitely reject my proposal"? Thanks

I think 'to' is missing after 'propose'.

Yes. There is no conflict between "would" and "definitely" if that's what you're concerned about.

Yes:

I will ask her, but I would be surprised if she accepted the proposal.
