[Grammar] usage of will and would

can we use 'will' and 'would' or vice versa in a same sentence? Tomorrow I would propose her if I get a chance, but I know she will definitely reject.

For the sake of consistency, it would be better to use "would" instead of "will" in that sentence.

I think 'to' is missing after 'propose'.

Yes. There is no conflict between "would" and "definitely" if that's what you're concerned about.

I will ask her, but I would be surprised if she accepted the proposal.
