usage of words

I would like to know the different usage of the words varied and various

varied (adj): differed; e.g., Her approach varied.

varied (vb): changed/altered in more than one way; e.g., She varied her approach.

various (adj): many, more than one; e.g., she has various approaches.

varied (adj): differed; e.g., Her approach varied.

In the above example sentence, varied is still a verb. I'm sure you meant to write Her varied approach(es).
