Use of apostrophe

Which of the following sentances are correct:

1) This installer can be made available for download to the employee’s desktop computer, and if necessary, can be transferred further to the employee’s Pocket PC device.



2) This installer can be made available for download to the employees’ desktop computers, and if necessary, can be transferred further to the employees’ Pocket PC devices.


I am confused as to where the apostrophe should be!!
