when we should use being in a sentence?
Here are some examples of 'being' being used. Have you any questions about any of them?

Luke is being rather naughty these days.
Mary is being interviewed right now.

Being out in the open air is good for you.
I don't like being observed.
You could try to placate your boss by being punctual.

Being thick-skinned, I ignored his remark.

I don't believe in a supernatural being.

Is it uncorrect to leave out "being" in the above sentence?

Is it [STRIKE]u[/STRIKE]incorrect to leave out "being" in the above sentence?
It is not incorrect, though with 'these days' the progressive form is more likely, to suggest the limited duration of his naughty behaviour.

Note that when BE is used in a progressive form, it usually carries the idea of BEHAVE.
