use of "go to"

I am going to go to Germany next month.
Which sentence is correct and why because we normally say I am going to Germany next month.

2) Which one is correct?
I was in classes when you had called me.(I mean i was in classes and attending ectures)
I was at classes when you had called me.

3) Which one is correct?
Where did you go?
I went to computer classes or I went for computer classes, or should we say-I had gone to computer classes or I had gone for computer classes

1)
I am going to Germany next month.
This means it's 100% sure that you're going.
You've already gotten your tickets, and everything is fine.

I am going to go to Germany next month.
You plan to go to Germany, and it's pretty sure, but not as sure as in sentence 1.

Sometimes these tenses mean the same.
So it could be possible that someone says these three sentences although he means exactly the same:
I am going to Germany next month. -> 100% sure
I am going to go to Germany next month. -> 90% sure
I will go to Germany next month. -> 80% sure
These % are just examples; there isn't such a specific rule.
As said, that's the "theoretical" rule, but in "practice" all three sentences could mean 100%.

2)
I would say:
I was in (...) classes when you called me.
Unfortunately, I cannot tell you if you should use had.
Furthermore I believe it could be better to add a word where I put the (...).
I was in my classes...
I was in some classes...
(But this is just my personal opinion; I don't say it's wrong not to add something )

3)
Same, I don't see a reason to use had.
I went to (...) computer classes.

(1) This is how I see it:

I am going to + read a book tomorrow.

I am going to + study French tomorrow.

I am going to + watch TV tomorrow.

I am going to + go to Germany tomorrow.

(a) This last sentence has "go" two times and "to" two times.

(b) Many native speakers do not want to repeat those words.

(c) So they drop those "extra" words: (to go = infinitive)

I am going to Germany tomorrow.

BUT sometimes you use the longer sentence for emphasis:

Tom: Will you be here next week?

Martha: No. I am going to Germany.

Tom: I do not want you to go.

Martha: I do not care what you want. I am GOING TO GO to Germany!!!

In Nº1_ there is no dif. the thing is that natives tend to avoid going next to go or come (going to go/going to come)

In Nº2_ I was in classes when you called me (At the moment you called me I was in clsses)(you don´t use had here)

Nº3 I went to computer classes.

According to HAD I think you should review your notes about the past perfect. Remember that you use it to talk about sth. which happened before sth. else happened in the past.
