My questions : Is the use of ' th'e (definite
article) and " a " is correct in the following sentences ?

1. The importance of a good breakfast or
The importance of having good breakfast

2. Lure of Singapore landscape . or
The lure of Singapore landscape.

I think "a" Singapore(an) landscape works also, depending on context.
