1) Even I don't like watching Tv ,I just watch cookery shows and news(is cookery a proper word to be used)
2) I have always seen youngsters riding such types of bikes
3) You must know to cook or it should be " You must know how to cook(I am assuming here that the person knows to cook)

1) Why have you used "Even" at the beginning? You just need "I don't (really) like watching TV - I just watch cookery shows and the news."

2) I have often seen kids/youngsters riding these kinds of bikes. (You can't have always seen them - that suggests you see them 24/7!)

3) You must know how to cook.

"You must be watching Tv only for football matches

You only/just watch football matches on TV [and nothing else]
You only switch on the TV when you want to watch a football match

I assume you don't mean:
you are only allowed to watch football matches on TV [and nothing else]

Coincidentally, about 1 hour ago, I got a TV licence online just so that I could watch the World Cup. After the World Cup's over, I'll cancel my licence and my little TV will go back under the bed until the European Championships in 2012!
