[Grammar] using on, at,to and for

Hello,

This my first post and I am still confused with the basic English.
Can you help me to understand the correct uese for on, at, to and for.

I checked many grammer books and did a lot of practice but still confuse.

for example:

  1. I wrot at the top ( the correc ueses for/to) which one correct using for or to.
  2. for me and to me. give me example please.
  3. congratulation on your acceptance / or at your acceptance.

1. “For me” / “To me”

In some cases, and with some verbs, there is little difference in meaning:

Bring, leave, play, play, write, sing, send, etc.

In other cases and situations, there is a clear difference. For instance:

- He brought a piece of fruit to me (he went to a fruit store and bought the piece of fruit to me).

- He brought a piece of fruit for me (I was very busy to go to the kitchen, and he brought it for me).
