using "then" in a sentence

Is it OK to use "then" the way I did? If not, why? Thank you!

- Do you struggle with English? Are regular lessons too expensive for you? Then there is this amazing website called usingenglish.com.

Yes, it's OK. It would make more sense if you ended the sentence with "...that can help you", because there is this amazing website called usingenglish.com whether those conditions are met or not.

A sure-fire way to drive my dad into rant mode was to use the word this when I meant a or an.

(I still do it, anyway.)

You're using the word then to mean in that case correctly but it doesn't work well before there is. It would be better to follow with something like:

... then why not try usingenglish.com - the world's premier English language forum.
... then usingenglish.com is the website for you!
... then click on the link below.
