1. "The Atlantean Sword is a bastard sword utilized by Conan in the films Conan the Barbarian and Conan the Destroyer."
2. "The Atlantean Sword is a bastard sword used by Conan in the films Conan the Barbarian and Conan the Destroyer."
3. "The Atlantean Sword is a bastard sword made used by Conan in the films Conan the Barbarian and Conan the Destroyer.

1 is the original one. What is the difference between 1,2 and 3?

Thank you.

Sentence 2 would be correct if the film's title were italicized or surrounded with quotation marks. It means the same as sentence 1. Sentence 3 is incorrect.

This implies that the quotation marks cannot be used for quotated sources/sentences which is confused me.

Would you please explain?

Thank you

I didn't intend to imply that. I've demonstrated the use of italics and quotation marks to set off film titles in sentence 1 and 2, respectively, above. You can use the same technique with book, play, TV show or game titles as well.
