verb to send

Good Morning,

I'd like to know how to structure correctly the verb "To send", I was told that the right constructions was:

1. Subject + send + somebody + something
or
2. Subject + send + something + TO somebody

But a person told me that the "English" structure is:

3. Subject + send + TO somebody + something.

Is construction n. 3 also right?

Hi ally, no. The English structure is one or two. Three is incorrect.
