Hi teachers!

A: Wow! You're early today.
B: There wasn't much traffic this morning, so ( ) to the office
took only twenty minutes.

1. I drove 2. that I drove 3. driving 4. to drive

I think 3 is a correct answer but I wonder whether 4 is also correct or not. in the above question.

As far as I know, To infinitive can be put in the Subject like
" To learn Enlish is not easy."

Please give me your expanations.

3 is the best; 4 is acceptable but sounds a bit awkward.

Yes, this is perfectly good English.
