Vision terming

Could "vision terming" mean "limited vision" on something?

Found in business context, when referring to the capability of having the right vision on a business but not in the right time.

What interests me is how would you say the expression in a more comprehensible way.

Visioning in business is about imagining what you want to accomplish and what you want your business to look like at some point in the future. Vision Terming has to do with timing. What do you see for your business next quarter, next year or in 5 years? ;-)
