Dear teachers,

I'd like to know the specific terms for the following:

1. food items, eg: canned food, biscuits, etc = groceries (for instance)
2. non-food item (apart from no.3), eg: soap = __?__
3. pad-locks, screws, nails = __?__
4. fresh-food items, eg: fish, meat = __?__

Also, I'd like to know the usages of food and foods.

Your help would be most appreciated.
Thanks a lot. :p
