Hi...:-D
Please check the sentence below...

Calligraphy is regarded as the most abstract and sublime form of art in Korean culture. The art is often thought to be most [revealing / reviving] of one's personality.

I think 'revealing' is appropriate. 'revealing of' is also strange. The answer sheet says 'reviving' is correct. I don't know the exact reason...

Best wishes...

Calligraphy is regarded as the most abstract and sublime form of art in Korean culture. The art is often thought to be most revealing of one's personality.

The correct word is revealing.(to make known, expose)

"of one's personality" is a prepositional phrase that tells "what" is being revealed.

Many people think that studying a person's handwriting style can tell much about emotional state, education, career and temperment.

I wonder.

Calligraphy is not handwriting as we know it, with all our own idiosyncrasies of style. It is writing (duplicating) particular styles (much like reproducing a font), but done for relaxation as someone else might do watercolours. The sentence is discussing it as an art, abstract and sublime, reviving =giving new strength or energy to ) one's personality.
If so, I think it is an unfair question for ESL students. Most of us would have gone with 'reveal'.
