Could you help me understand clearly the usage of two couple of adjectives:
- "Pretty" and " beautiful"
- "Handsome" and "Good - looking"
Are they the same meaning?

Beautiful is a slightly stronger word than pretty. You might ask if someone thinks that a person is "simply pretty, or beautiful?"

To me, handsome and good-looking mean the same as each other.

"Beautiful" would be much more encompassing than "pretty", that is, consider more features in describing a woman or an entity.
"Handsome" and "good looking", in general are the same, except "handsome" is usually used in referring to a man. Although it can be/has been used to describe a woman, I don't know any woman who would appreciate being described as "handsome". "Good looking" can be used for both men and women.
