Hi there Possibly "with own airfare" i.e. you must pay for flight it is not included in the price of the stay.

w/o is usually without. It is a common business abbreviation.
The other meaning with own is still helpful.

The business intends to state a very low price, by excluding the cost of air fare. Their price is without , which means you're paying your own airfare.
