Bill : "May, how did you come here today?"
May: "I walked to here today."

Can May said,

1. I walked here today.
2. I came here on foot.
3. I was walking to here today.
4. I was walking here today.

Thanks.

1. I walked here today.
2. I came here on foot.
Those are both possible, and #2 is much more likely than #1. Answer #3 is ungrammatical. Note also that although #4 is grammatical, it is not a suitable answer to that question.

Otherwise, you can just say "I walked."
