Please proofread and correct my sentences.
1. He wants to sell his house and has already had to bids for it.
What about simple past tense? Is that possible?
2. He wants to sell his house and had to bids for it.
If I change "want" to "like" is that possible?
3. 1. He likes to sell his house and has already had to bids for it.

4. 1. He would like to sell his house and has already had to bids for it.

The grammar is okay, if you mean that he enjoys selling his house again and again, and this time around he has two bids. Probably not okay to swap wants for likes in this usage.
