The chef recommends making "clams oreganata" for the first date with your boyfriend. She says:
"Clams oreganata... your date will definitely want more"

What is the meaning of "want more" here" What does she mean?

Thanks.

I think it may be a double entendre. The first meaning would be that the food is so good that your boyfriend will want to eat more of the clams. However, it's possible that it's a bit of a play on words and they also mean that your boyfriend will want "more" than just food after he has eaten them!! :-o
