I am a businessman, and sometimes I get stuck with tense. Like today. I was writing a letter/sending an email to my client and I wanted to convey to him that I need a TDS certificate from him within the week.

What I wrote was, " i would be requiring TDS certificate with in week's time."
Can you tell me is it correct english?
Correct English would be:
"I wlll require a/the TDS certificate from you within the week."
