Would you be so kind to tell me what exactly is said here? All I can hear, or rather what my brain has already made up after having listened to if for zillions of times, is something quite bizarre and similar to: 'a two dimensional limited image'.

I don't know where you're hearing an extra word, but he simply says "was not a two-dimensional image".
