Re: LEARNING ENGLISH WITH ANG!!!
Well let me tell you one thing about my travel to UK my friends, it was very fun!!!
At the time I started to learn English by myself, later I met a gentle lady In the mood to help me how to get the flow of speaking she was called Ang, we talked a lot spending a great time talking, walking to carry out a good relashionship enjoying it.
Once I told her: you speaks shrewdly discerning and she corrected me "This appears to be an unfinished sentence. "She speaks shrewdly" is an acceptable sentence on its own; "She speaks shrewdly, discerning [what is she discerning?] " is another possible form." and I answered her that it could be said because what she is discernig it would be presupposed, implicit in subjects before spoken. What I mean is that, Ang is bigining to be to particular about it
One day a friend of us called me up and asked, where is Ang, I answered She fell asleep, Ang Jumped from the bed suddenly and cryed "Fine" you should say she fell asleep "Fine" and I told her once again, Ang it is a complement not obliged to be used
We got a lot of troubles as concerns the English language and one day we were speaking each other when I told her we surpassed by far and she claimed "This is also a partial sentence. "We surpassed [what is surpassed] by far" - (for instance: We surpassed the opposition by far")" I explained to her that i colud be the same case which took place before with Shrewdly, discerning implicit things before spoken
Anyhow she is rigorous but I will be aways Glad and pleased to have met Ang learning together with her forever because she is an expert as concerns the English language!!!
