Today we are received the first slice for January month & cover maximum requirement.
Today we have received the first slice for January month & cover maximum requirement.

Which one is correct ?

I would use we have received, but I am really not sure what the rest means. When you say slice, do you mean the payment for January? I would not use [strike]January month[/strike]; you could just say January or the month of January. What is cover maximum requirement?

Don't use we are received.

Thank you for your [STRIKE]replay[/STRIKE] reply. "We are received" means "What problem will face".

Are there any grammatical mistakes [STRIKE]is[/STRIKE] there?

[STRIKE]pls[/STRIKE] Please guide me.

I have no idea what "what problem will face" means and it certainly doesn't mean anything like "we are received".

Look at my corrections above. It is important to follow these rules of written English at all times:
- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with one appropriate punctuation mark.
