May I ask check these for errors?

We can join to a health club where a wide variety of facilities are offered.
We can join to a health club which a wide variety of facilities are offered on.
We can join to a health club on which a wide variety of facilities are offered.
We can join to a health club that a wide variety of facilities are offered on.

The first one would be OK if you deleted 'to' after 'join'. The others are incorrect.

I would say only the first is correct. You can't use in at all. It doesn't sound right to say in a health club.

I prefer to spend my free time in a health club than in a pub.

Indeed. I would use something like "available" instead; which is why I said it was grammatical but not natural.

Back to square one. In the first place it should not be "facilities". The whole place is a facility. It should be "features" or "options", or "exercise routines". These are all IN the health club.

Or at the health club.
