Are these sentence correct?

Today is my last day after working here for three years. I would like to thank each of you for the friendship we have made and the good times we have shared during this time.

We don't generally say we make a friendship. You can write the friendship we've enjoyed or had.

Other than that, it's fine.

Thank you. I am going to change it to "had enjoyed" so I assume I have to change "have shared" to "had shared" too.

No! The present perfect is the right tense. I suggested that you write either the friendship we've enjoyed or the friendship we've had.
