Earlier of that day, Chris and Jack saw a car in the woods. They call ambulance and in that car girl and Driver are there. Chris said these words to Jack.

This morning, he was alive. Now he's dead. Just hard to make sense of it. We should be part of it. We're so f****** delicate people. Die so easy.

What is "it" in the "part of it"?

Does it means "car in the woods" or "dead"?

Earlier (delete "of") that day, Chris and Jack saw a car in the woods. They called ambulance, and in it were a girl and a driver. Chris said (delete "these words") to Jack:

What is "it" in the "part of it"? Whatever the dead person was involved in that got him killed.

Does it means "car in the woods" or "dead"? No.

Notice Chris's bad grammar. Instead of "easy," what word should Chris have used?
