Hello! My boyfriend and I would like to send our English friends a photo of us with a message; is it ok a message like that? 1) "we think of you with love"2) we remember you with love 3) you are on our minds with love. Which one is the most proper? Thanks. Rip.;-)

It's really personal preference. With your chosen phrase, the meaning would be clear.

A somewhat generic one would be 'you're in our hearts' or something more simple like 'we love you'.
