Imagine that you are a man on one side of a line and a attractive woman was on the other side. Assume that she is acting in a provocative manner and has a certain 'come-hither' look. She would be charming you to come across the line.

Something is confusing here for me because the line used there I am sure that figurative but you used it literally. This might change everything.
