"we'll have" or "There will be"

Dear All,

In the following sentences,

We'll have a basketball game tomorrow.

There will be a basketball game tomorrow.

We should use "there will be" but not "we'll have", but why?

Is that because the basketball game won't be held by ourselves, and if it is, we should say "we'll hold a basketball game tomorrow."?

We will have tends to refers to one group: you and your friends, whereas a basketball game requires two groups: you and your friends & the other team, so in that sense "There will be a basketball game tomorrow" or "We (i.e., the school, the league, the community) are holding a baskeball game tomorrow" works best.

Note,

We will have a party. (Our group)
We will have a basketball game. :?: (Our group & ?)
