I want to know what is the difference between these sentences.

1) Only I have eyes for you! In this sentence, the "only" refers to "I", meaning that you are saying you are the only person in the world who likes the other person.

2) I only have eyes for you! This means that you only like the other person, and no-one else.

3) I have only eyes for you! Not grammatically correct.

4) I have eyes only for you! Same as 2.

5) I have eyes for only you! Same as 2, but not as grammatically correct.

6) I have eyes for you only! Same as 2.

They have different meanings but I cant figure them out can anyone help?

As you can see above, 4 of them have pretty much the same meaning, number 1 is completely different and number 3 is simply incorrect.

The most frequently heard is "I only have eyes for you", which is what you say when you tell someone that you like them, and you don't like anyone else (like them romantically!)
