The way I understand it is as follows:
The Quality Assurance system - which is applied in order to monitor their production - complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 - AND HERE ENDS THE LOGIC.
What is left is: independently certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, with certification No.
What does independently certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, with certification No. have to do with the whole sentence?
