Hey everyone,
I'm facing a problem, or you can see that people around me are facing a problem. At the beginning, the problem is that I'm a person who gets mad in a fast way, which means that I'm an unbearable person. I always tell my friends that when they see mad, they should leave me alone. They know that I would expold or I would hurt them with my tongue, if they talked to me or insisted on trying talking to me. Some of them heard that and they are trying to avoid me ever time they see me like a volcano, but others are always insisting on knowing what is going on, and that makes me explod on them, which leads them to be upset with me. I always tell them that when they leave me by meself, I can calm myself. But who listens, when they are trying to know everything in the wrong time? I don't wanna them get upset with me, and I don't wanna yell at them. So, what can I do? :-x

You could tell them that you appreciate that they care about what is on your mind and what is bothering you. You could then explain that you prefer to not talk about it. If it is something that you could talk about some other time, then explain that you will try to answer their questions about what is on your mind later. Remember they are only asking because they are your friends. If they were not your friends, then maybe they would not ask and would not care about what's upsetting you.

 ;-)

I know that when you yell to your friends you yourself do not want it to be like this either. This is indeed a problem whis is hard to deal with. And everyone has his own curiosity and you cannot forbid your friends to ask you why when they see you are like a volcano. And have you ever tried changing your temper?

If you don’t mind, I will let you know how I deal with this problem in my real life.
You won’t believe it if I told you, I am a easy-going man in real life, I always remind myself with the following Chinese saying,’ What you won’t want to accept, you shouldn’t force others accept it ’. In other words, people should make it rule to be thoughtful. Being thoughtful simply means thinking of others before yourself. What you say or do will have an effect on others. So it is important that you think before you say or do anything. In this way, you can avoid hurting others' feelings. Moreover, a thoughtless act or remark can spoil a perfect relationship. Remember these rules: If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything, likewise, if you think what you do will hurt others, don't do it. After all, what goes around, comes around.
