What do we call so who sends links, software, or other stuff for people to get their PCs pirated?
I mean so one who pirates others' computers.

I have heard of software being pirated (illegally copied without copyright) but I have not heard of PC's being pirated.
Do you mean hackers who write computer virus programmes to hack into other people's computers?
