Hello, everyone
Would you tell me what " No kidding" means in the following dailogue? Does it mean " I'm serious" or " I agree"?
Help me, please. Thank you.

A: You know, in different countries, the same hand gestures can really mean very different things.
B: No kidding! I myself just had an interesting experience a few days ago.

It's an expression of surprise, like 'You must be joking!' 'Are you serious?' 'I don't believe it!'

A better title would have been What does 'No kidding' mean?

"Thread titles should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed." (Posting Guidelines)

It also means "yeah, that's obvious" or "everyone knows that."

In this case, though, since the next sentence shows that the second speaker knows it to be true from personal experience, it means "I sure agree with what you just said."
