In an episode of 'coupling' the famous BBC sitcom I heard one of the guy saying 'now you've missed the window' ... but, what does it mean ???

I couldn't find it as an idiom on the site and couldn't even find it in other texts ... can you help me ??? ... or maybe I just misheard the sentence ???

Without having seen the specific episode, I cannot say for sure as the line is out of context.

However, in general, such a remark would mean that one has missed the window of opportunity to achieve some goal or other.
