What does the speaker say before the word "security" at 1:42? Is it sole security?

Your question doesn't make sense. Do you hear sole security or social security? Before the word social he says, fourth one.

Before the word "security" (NOT before the word "social") what I hear is something like "sole", but it doesn't make sense.

He says social security at 1:43 and again three seconds later, and both times it sounds a bit like sole security. There is no other word before social apart from what I already told you.
