Hi all,

"She opened her first shop with twenty-five hand-mixed products, eventually franchising ......"
Firstly, numbers are usually written that way.
25,066 = Twenty-five thousand and sixty-six.

A hand-mixed product might be something like a cake mix, or perhaps a cake. She made up the recipe, and mixed all the flour and sugar, etc. at home. "Hand-mixed" sometimes means "home-made", ie. not made in a factory.
So, she had 25 different products like this, and she opened a shop selling them.
