Hi,
My prof. usually says this phrase " of what amount to be...." when he's referring to something. I kinda understand it, but not completely.
So can you explain what exactly that means? And it'd be nice to have some examples~! :-D

It's not correct English.
Yes, it would be nice to have examples - back to you. Give some sentences, with context, that your lecturer has used.
