[Vocabulary] What letter does words of R sounds like? L or W ?

like : right , red , read ,rain and so on. I'm not fluent to pronounce R , I tried

It shouldn't really sound like either but perhaps it sounds closer to W.
To make an R sound, start with your upper front teeth touching the inside of your bottom lip.
The R sound does not require you to touch the tip of your tongue anywhere. (The L sound does)
The W sound does not require you to touch your tongue or teeth anywhere.
