this is a literal excerpt from a today's newspaper. I wonder if the bold text is correct, please. does it mean "what am I worried about?"? it doesn't seem to be grammatically correct and I wonder if it's a popular expression.

it probably alludes to Neuman's now-familiar signature phrase used in the first magazine version of Mad in July, 1955.
The fictional Alfred E. Neuman was the foolish-looking gap-toothed cover boy of the magazine.

Neuman's famous catch phrase is the intellectually uncurious "What, me worry?" , which makes the statement you quoted above all the more provocative.
