Hi,
If I am on telephone call and would like to add one more call for discussion, how should I tell to person on current call about this adding third person on the call

The type of call is a "conference call" but I assume you mean that you want to know what you should say to the person you are currently talking to, in order to let them know that you are adding someone else. I would say there are various options:

"David, I'm going to bring Steve in on this call so we can discuss it together."

"David, I'm going to add Steve now and we'll make this a conference call."

"Jane, would you mind if I asked John to join our conversation? I think it would be useful if we all talked about this."

Anything like the above would make it clear to your original caller that you wish to add a third party.
