Hi there!
What's the word called that a person frequently uses in his speech/ conversation and as a result it becomes his symbol/ identification. A word that unintentionally and automatically comes out of his mouth when he talks.

I think you are referring to someone who prefaces every utterance with a word that has no context in almost every utterance. Such an example would be:
Right, I'm off to do some shopping.
Right, that was a good meal.
Right, do you have a DAB radio?
Right, well I know you are wrong!
But, occasionally it does fit as in:
Right you are then.

There is a term for this which escapes me at present; when my memory wakes up I'll post it unless someone else gets there first!!

No, pet word is not a usual saying anyway.
Pet aversion means your topmost hate, the thing you most want to avoid, the one thing that really annoys you or that you cannot stand.:)
